Postgraduate Studies
Hi everyone, I hope you are well, for today's blog I will tell you about a postgraduate course that I am
considering doing.

The truth is that I have trouble imagining my future, especially with the circumstances we are
experiencing, where we inevitably imagine the worst. But, before that all Covid-19 stuff happened, I
imagined me doing a grade in mexico, specifically in the “Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México”,
because, this university have one of the best program of anthropology and I really like the investigative
approach that they give to careers, mostly in the social ambit.

I have been thinking about it a lot, and the subject that I would like to specialize in is demographic
studies, because I consider that the anthropology has not worked enough this area, evaluating the
relevance that migratory processes have taken in the last years. However, with the quarantine, I have
changed the idea of study abroad, because I have had to stay away from my family, I have not seen
my nephews, cousins or grandmother for more than 100 days, and I think I could not bear to make
my life away from them. I know, I am very corny. Any way, I would like to do the master, but here in
Chile, close to my people (I am very dependent XD).

ResponderEliminarI considered UNAM too, sounds like a really nice place to study. And it's difficult to everyone to imagine to be far from our family and friends, specially after this loooong quarentine, I feel u sis

I also think about the time I would spend away from my family and my puppies and reconsidered whether to go to study very far from Chile
